Vadim adores all mechanical devices and toys, with any action involved. He is such a boy. He can spend much time by discovering the mechanism secrets. Most of the time he plays alone as it isn't easy for him to interact with others. When he gets tired of talking he goes to a corner and sits there for a long time. There are not many chances for him to be alone at the orphanage.

Its complicated for Vadim to deal with changes in his surroundings. The usual routine, having the same people around and things in usual places create for him an illusion of steadiness and reliability in his world. It calms him down and gives him some confidence. Unfortunately, soon Vadim will have to drastically change his life. But, it would be better for him if he gets used to a foster home than to the orphanage.

What else can we tell you about this child? Although he is a thin boy, he likes to eat. His mood changes like the weather on a spring day. He could be crying one moment and the next moment laughing. Classes are not always interesting to him but. He appreciates when some adults help him with his homework.

We promise you that you will never get bored with Vadim! He will fill your life with meaning and new experiences. Make your decision to welcome this lively boy into your family!

If you are interested in adopting this child or other children, please read the memo to the potential adoptive parents, guardians, and foster parents; you can also contact Childrens Affairs' service of the Zaporozhia State Administration by telephone (061) 239-01-56 and tell them the profile numbers of Vadim - 005721.

If for some reason you are currently not able to adopt (for example, you are a student and do not have a family of your own yet) you are still able to help children at a boarding school (an orphanage) with your financial support. Ways you can help include: planning and participating in excursions and trips for children; visiting a child in an orphanage; or helping purchase developmental toys, books, construction sets, and sports equipment.
