To build a castle, to make a thoroughfare, to shape or to draw the fairy-tale character’s figure - persons wishing to participate in the weekly environment-studying lessons are more than enough. And that`s a reality in spite of sunny weather outdoors – so children could, for instance, play football but they come to Lyudmila Ivanovna and forget about time. Children’s tutoress and the volunteer of the welfare fund «Happy child» told us about how the hobby-lessons are hold.
It`s the fact that the mobile playroom is one of the most interesting fund project. As there are the various types of developmental games – from the pencils and plasticine to the working railway model of construction set «Lego». That`s why in the in an atmosphere of easy communication children can discover their creativity, improving logical thinking through the development of fine motor skills. You know that there isn`t a secret, that play therapy and construction set not only develop the imagination, but also positively affect the health.
This educational institution director Catherine Sharikova notes that the room became the real resort for children in winter, when they have to kill time in front of the TV or computer the whole weekend.
The project started in February this year. The teacher`s of drawing Lyudmila Ivanovna frequent visitors are the pupils in grades 1-4. The number of playing and development materials and the room at all is designed for the small groups of children –7-8 people nearly. The lessons are hold on weekend and last for four hours.
- The child chooses the pastime to his liking itself – constructing small machines with his mates or drawing. Sometimes when it`s impossible to hold lessons for some cause, and I came to the orphanage after a short pause, children just knock me down!, - says the teacher.
Certainly, it`s rather hard to manage such flow of interested persons, so it will be great to get to the room work the volunteer, who could help children to design models – so to collect and paste the details. If you can help these children, finding several hours for then, call us.
Further, this room is planed to be «a guest» of other orphanage in Zaporozhye region.
