Any visitors coming to the orphanage no matter what country they are from or how old they are, if only these visitors are men, are sure to pay attention to Yulia. Or maybe somehow she draws their attention to herself?
The girl calls all visitors - both men and women - "mother", so it really puzzles me why men pay more attention to her. Maybe one day there will appear the one who will become her Dad...
And for the time being Yulia slowly learns to walk and talk. By small steps. Last year we went to the zoo together, and all the time instead of walking which was difficult for her, Yulia tried to lean on someone's hand so she would be carried in the arms. Now she can walk with the help of a tutor, though, not too far and for a short period of time. And she also learns to speak gradually. At first, teachers taught the girl to say her name, and then showed the other children and staff, and Yulia called those who they were speaking about. Her last achievement is her ability to show the parts of the body, which nurses and educators called, and soon she will be able to name them correctly herself.
Yulia smiles almost all the time and perhaps this is the reason why she attracts adults’ attention. As she is constantly played with and often taken for a walk, it makes her happy and she starts singing some song and swinging her arms. In short, I'm sure this lovely little girl surely will have a family soon!
