In April and May, we supported the Zaporizhzhia Regional Children’s Hospital in several key areas.
We purchased 20 vials of Doxorubicin for the hematology department. Shortly after, we fulfilled another urgent request by providing a one-month supply of essential consumables: IV systems, syringes, adhesive tapes, and venous catheters. Currently, 14 children are undergoing treatment in the department, and it's crucial that they have everything they need.
For the pulmonology department, we purchased a set of allergens, and for a young patient in the intensive care unit, we provided a cerebrospinal fluid shunting system. The perinatal unit, which supports mothers and newborns, received life-saving medications.
The beginning of June brought more urgent requests. For seven-year-old Kyra, who has been in intensive care for a long time with a severe diagnosis — bilateral pneumonia and sepsis — we purchased 20 vials of Zavicefta. Additionally, the perinatal unit required five more vials of Ovitrelle.
From April through early June, we provided nearly 220,000 UAH worth of aid. We are deeply grateful to everyone who stands with us. Thanks to your support, we can respond to urgent needs in time and help change children’s lives for the better!
