A Child Needs a Family: Ruslana K., born in 2013

November 25, 2014, 19:40 5046 Author: Sonia Koshkina, translated by Oxana Burns www.deti.zp.ua This smiling little kid happily sent us kisses trying to attract our attention in every possible way. Profile # 0253597

Precisely such we saw Ruslana. It’s unbelievable that not long time ago this very kid was not able to crawl and little responded to others. Now Ruslana became sociable, she loves attention and is willing to communicate. She behaves friendly with other children in the group and even tries to look after them. Ruslana is growing up as a kind and good girl.

This little kid perfectly responds to music and makes movements in time with the music. Ruslana is a child with special needs, she cannot walk. This girl required her motor activity to be developed as well as she needs some work with specialists. But imagine if Ruslana has already made such progress, what will she be able to achieve with caring and loving parents by her side?

If you are interested in adopting Ruslana, please read the memo to the potential adoptive parents, guardians, and foster parents; you can also contact Children’s Affairs' service of the Zaporozhia State Administration by telephone (061) 239-01-56 and to tell them the number of Ruslana's profile accordingly to the orphan list # 0253597.

Other children who dream of finding a family

If for some reason you are currently not able to adopt (for example, you are a student and do not have a family of your own yet) you are still able to help children at a boarding school (an orphanage) with your financial support. Ways you can help include: planning and participating in excursions and trips for children; visiting a child in an orphanage; or helping purchase developmental toys, books, construction sets, and sports equipment.
