Chief of the technical assistance department of the European Commission Delegation to Ukraine Laura Garanian said this at an international conference, which was devoted to social problems in Ukraine.

According to her, it would help to solve the problem of orphans. Reformation of juvenile social services will be based on a pilot project of the European Union, which was for two years tested in the Kyiv region. There are about 100,000 orphaned children in Ukraine.
