Such an exhibition of children’s handicrafts of the Hematological Department is the result of one of our Monday lessons. Actually, it’s probably one tenth of what we’ve made recently.
Here you can see painted plates, candlesticks, decorated Easter eggs and many other things made by children’s hands.
The plate which is held by Denis he made by himself but surely with an assistance of his mom and Tamara Alexandrovna. The picture is made in Petrikovskaya painting.
The handicrafts teacher Tamara Alexandrovna uses simple disposable paper plates. She prepares the handicraft materials in advance at home: she flattens the plates with white colour, and then she adds some glue mixed with water, dries them and brings them to lessons. At first children draw a picture on a piece of paper, and after some little practice they start to paint their plates.
This exciting lesson attracts not only children but grownups as well. Tamara Alexandrovna takes freshly painted plates home, varnishes and dries them and only after that brings them back to the children.
Andrej Dikopolov holds here his last work. Unfortunately soon after this photo was taken, this little boy passed away. And Tamara Alexandrovna brought his last plate back when the little boy had already gone. One can never get used to such sad events…
These lovely little artists can’t wait to close the exhibition to start their new lesson.
The handicrafts teacher Tamara Alexandrovna Gorelova is a talented artist and teacher, and just a great person.
And finally the art time arrives and everyone starts to create. Mothers help their children.
Everyone paints except for Lena Mamonova.:) She does her algebra homework and tries to catch up with her class.
And now let’s take a closer look at the handicraft.
This cross was made at one of the lessons with the help of Aunt Natasha.
Easter eggs and candlesticks were made during the lessons with Tamara Alexandrovna.
This cactus is made in origami technique.
The photos were taken by a kind person Igor from the Emergency ministry. As a volunteer he came to the Department to be our photographer and to cure children’s computer a little bit.
We’re thankful to everyone who has virtually attended our exhibition. We hope that you liked our children’s works. Everyone can support us by making donations for purchasing handicraft materials for our lessons. We’ll appreciate all your support.
