Zaporozhye foundation «Happy child» plans to open a tourist season of 2010 for children-orphans of our area with a trip to Western Ukraine. I remind that in 2009 our fund organised 6 five-day camping trips across Crimea Mountain and some excursions across Ukraine and Zaporozhye, which more than 110 children-orphans of our area has taken part in.

It is supposed that on February, 21-27st 2010 children will spend two unforgettable days in Galichina capital – Lvov, and then three days – in the heart of Carpathians, in one of mountain village of Verhovinsky area of Ivano-Frankovsk area.

The trip program is the following: acquaintance to numerous sights of Lvov and vicinities (2 days), then by train Lvov-Rahov children will go to Vorohta which is in the centre of the Ukrainian Carpathians nearby to the highest point of our country – Goverla mountain.

Lvov

Children will have a wonderful possibility to spend 3 days in small mountain village in cosy wooden houses, few steps away from wood and a slope of mountains. In one day children will visit Bukovel, the most known in Ukraine mounting skiing resort, and for the first time in a life they will ski (the small master class on mountain skiing bases is planned). Besides, children will visit several museums of Vorohta and Verhovina, and also will take pleasure in walks on snow-covered Carpathian wood, dialogue with each other and with locals.

Planning the excursion the employees of fund tried to reduce its cost as much as possible. We will not pay expensive luxurious numbers and food at restaurants. We save on everything on what it is possible to save – certainly, not to the detriment of safety and minimum necessary comfort for children. As a result the overall cost of 7-day (5 days in Carpathians) trip with participation of 12 children and 2 accompanying adults is 10450 grn, or 750 grn for the person (all here is included – both a food, and journey, both excursions and rent of several complete sets of skis). Interested persons can familiarise with full accounting of the cost price and compare it to similar tour operators offers - a difference will be great.

Undoubtedly, the trip to Carpathians will leave indelible impressions in children souls. And after all such strong impressions can become a push to development of abilities of the child and give inspiration for creativity.

If you wish to help you can list the donation to the account of the "Happy child" fund. The fund provides the full reporting before sponsors.

We will be grateful, if there will be people, ready to give us 1-2 sets of skis (children's or adults) free for the period of a trip.

On all questions you can address to employees of fund

Best regards,

Albert Pavlov
