Oleh spent more than a year in hospital after a severe gastrointestinal hemorrhage and a complication in the form of peritonitis. After long-term treatment, he has finally returned home. One of the mandatory conditions for his discharge was the availability of an oxygen concentrator — and we took this responsibility upon ourselves.

Thanks to your support, we were able to quickly raise the necessary funds and provide Oleh with an oxygen concentrator. At present, the boy breathes independently, and the concentrator is always on standby to support his breathing if needed. The device can operate on battery power, which is especially important during power outages.

We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this fundraising effort! It is thanks to you that Oleh is now at home — surrounded by his family, in a familiar and safe environment. At the same time, support for the family remains essential.

Oleh has a congenital lesion of the central nervous system. He is bedridden and requires constant care. His family gives him love, attention, and care every day, doing everything possible to make Oleh’s life as comfortable as it can be. Unfortunately, even with boundless love, there are things that cannot be provided without financial support.

Currently, Oleh is fed through a tube six times a day. For this, he needs specialized enteral nutrition — Nestle Resource Junior. One can lasts only 2–3 days. At almost 15 years old, the boy weighs just 20 kg, so proper and regular nutrition is vital to maintaining his condition and quality of life.

Our goal is to raise funds for 40 cans of this nutrition — enough for three months. The total amount needed is 22,000 Ukrainian hryvnias (approximately 510 dollars).
