When Homes Are Destroyed, the Most Important Thing Is to Evacuate People in Time

On February 25 of this year, we once again traveled to Novomykolaivka - a village that regularly suffers from shelling by KABs (guided aerial bombs) and Shaheds. Damaged houses, traces of explosions, shattered windows, and destroyed roofs are the current reality for local residents. Despite this, the village does not give up - people are holding on and continuing to live.

But there are those who physically cannot escape on their own.

During this evacuation, we rescued three elderly people who had difficulty moving independently. They could not leave the dangerous area quickly. We delivered them to Zaporizhzhia, from where they will be able to travel to safer regions. We carried out this evacuation using our partners' vehicle - and we are sincerely grateful for this support.

Currently, the Renault Trafic minibus, callsign “Malamute”, is in the parking lot. In order for it to again save people and deliver humanitarian aid, it needs a professional, comprehensive technical service: turbine restoration, replacement of glow plugs, injector cleaning, cleaning of the particulate filter (DPF) and EGR, as well as new summer tires. Each of these tasks is critically important for the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle in shelling zones.

In 2026, "Malamute" has already helped evacuate about 40 people and deliver humanitarian aid to frontline communities. This is our mobility, our response speed, and our ability to save lives without delay.

The repair requires approximately 60,000 hryvnias (about 1,400 USD). Every contribution is a direct step toward the minibus returning to its rescue route and being able to head where people are waiting for help. Your support saves lives.
