Katya (Ekaterina) is an artistic soul: she is fond of dancing, singing and drawing. She showed us her painting of red poppies. She also likes batik painting. One of her works will soon be demonstrated in an exhibition.

Katya loves to draw animals and people. She also draws her girlfriends and then presents them their portraits. The girl does not have so many friends, but she likes to meet together, share her news with them and have fun. Katya takes part in various dance competitions and dreams of singing on stage. In her free time she loves to kick a ball with boys.

Katya shared with us her plans for the future. She has chosen a creative profession. Katya would like to become a photographer. She once tried to take photos of her friends and she loved it very much.

Katya dreams of a family who would understand, support, and love her.

If for some reason you are currently not able to adopt (for example, you are a student and do not have a family of your own yet) you are still able to help children at a boarding school (an orphanage) with your financial support. Ways you can help include: planning and participating in excursions and trips for children; visiting a child in an orphanage; or helping purchase developmental toys, books, construction sets, and sports equipment.
