Until recently, being a graduate of the 11th grade, Polina was actively preparing for ZNO. I dreamed of a graduation party and admission to a university.

In October 2021, the girl contracted a viral infection. And already in November, a couple of weeks after recovery, there were pains in the body and joints. Sleepless nights, weakness, double vision, numbness of the limbs, impaired movement - these symptoms forced to urgently begin additional examinations and new treatment. But the condition did not improve significantly. Moreover, the swallowing function was impaired, and the left side of the face became practically immobile.

Since December 20, 2021, the girl has been undergoing treatment at the neurology department of the ZOKDB. After the examination, the diagnosis was made: Multiple sclerosis in the active stage.
