Ukrainian orphans go to Turkey

December 7, 2005, 0:00 2031 Press office of President Victor Yushchenko of Ukraine

The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation and the Trade-Turk Pachah Company signed an agreement to regularly send Ukrainian orphans to Turkey to improve their health. On November 19, the first group of children went there. They live and study at the Center for Social Child Care of the Otchiy Dim International Charitable Foundation in the village of Petrivske and the Irpin School 18.

The children will stay in Turkey for one week.

Cooperation between the Ukraine 3000 Foundation and Turkish companies is charitable. All children’s homes and orphanages taking part in the program will organize these trips and bear the responsibility for children’s health.

By helping Ukrainian orphans our Turkish partners want to demonstrate that business is socially responsible
