For example, in the Zaporozhye region now there is no possibility to carry out high-dose chemotherapy for children with oncohematological diseases. In this connection, children go abroad or wait for the turn to the other clinics, losing precious time. Some do not wait for this turn ... Moreover, technically, the opportunity to carry out "high-dose" at the Zaporozhye regional children's hospital is. The restriction is the lack of control over the medical preparation - methotrexate, in the blood of small patients. This requires special laboratory equipment - an immunological analyzer. It is, of course, big money. But there is also good news - in Zaporozhye regional hospital (adult) such a device already exists.

Therefore, the technical contradiction was reduced to the lack of necessary technical and nomenclature approvals, the absence of specialized reagents, and simply to stimulate the solution.
From the above, to date, all the necessary documentary approvals between the children's regional hospital, the "adult regional" and the regional health department are held. There is only one step left - the purchase of reagents is the last step to the discovery of new possibilities for treating oncohematological diseases in children of the Zaporozhye region and children from the ATU zone.
