Healthcare Program Officer: Natalya Moroz

Trust in charity is the foundation of relationships, without which real help is impossible. Honesty, openness and accountability allow you to trust each other and do good effectively.

“I work in the medical department of the foundation. One of the areas of my work is cooperation with our partner - International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Philanthropic Exchange". On the website of this organization, we collect donations for projects that require huge funds and for the efficiency of collection, we need to connect as many caring people as possible. Today, there are 126 joint projects of a wide focus - from assistance in the rehabilitation or treatment of a child abroad to meeting the needs of medical institutions. My task is preparation of documentation, project management, detailed reports. Complete transparency and openness are important principles of the fund's work. It is very important that every penny spent is documented. This is work with a computer, documents, requiring concentration and accuracy.

Also, our equally important area is monitoring needs of children's hospitals. In case of current or urgent needs for equipment or just for consumables, we try to provide assistance as quickly as possible.
