Despite all the difficulties, Oksana is a positive-thinking and amiable person, and only an occasional troubled look in her eyes shows all the pain and stress she's going through: little Yaroslav has a central nervous system disease and Oksana is balancing between life and death.

The family income is now at the same level of about 3 thousand hryvnias (approximately 3,000 US dollars), while the medical expenses tend to increase dramatically. The course of treatment had to be discontinued a while ago, since Ananyeva’s account balance was exhausted. We often wonder why it happens so that the fund-raising campaign has suddenly slowed down for no explicable reason. Why would people actively send money for some time, and then everything just stops? There is nothing we can do, our dear donators, but to ask you to help Oksana.

She needs to buy an antiviral drug “Pegasys" as soon as possible, and we have already mentioned that this medicine is very expensive. The complete course of treatment for Oksana is worth 160,000 hryvnias (approximately 19,600 US dollars), which is quite a financial hardship for the family – they wouldn’t be able to raise the required amount of money even with the help of their friends and relatives.

Oksana’s little son Yaroslav also needs treatment that would prevent progression of his disease.
