This August the roofing works in Kalinovka have been finally completed. What’s left is making roof gables and cold-proofing the roof.

At the same time, sewage, water supply and heating works are in progress.

At the moment, the works are somewhat delayed as the ground waters appeared to go above the level stipulated in the project, which complicates the process of sewage pipes installation. Nevertheless, we hope that the sewage system will be ready this month.

Then we will go on working on electrical installations, apertures and floors. Based on our last-year calculations, the apertures (windows and doors) will cost us UAH 75,000 (9,380 US dollars) and the floors – UAH 84,700 (10,597 US dollars).
