More than 8 months ago, we shared the story of four-year-old Dima, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This diagnosis changed the lives of the boy and his family forever. Since then, every day has been filled with constant glucose monitoring, insulin administration, carbohydrate counting, and special care for Dima's condition.
Back then, thanks to your support, we managed to provide Dima with the necessary supplies that make living with diabetes much easier: continuous glucose monitoring sensors and injection ports. They help monitor glucose levels and administer insulin while reducing the number of painful pricks.
During this time, the family has learned to live with Dima's diabetes and cope with its daily challenges. Recently, Dima underwent a rehabilitation course due to leg pain, as well as routine check-ups, including an eye exam.
However, living with diabetes requires constant monitoring and regular use of consumables. Therefore, the family has turned to us for help once again.
To provide Dima with the necessary supplies for three months, we need to raise 24,000 UAH (approx. 580 USD).
