Earlier, we shared the story of seven-year-old Yaroslav, who has congenital brain malformations. Because of this, the boy develops much slower than his peers.
Unfortunately, Yaroslav does not speak yet. However, thanks to regular classes, he has started to better understand speech addressed to him, listens more attentively, and can perform simple tasks. Movement coordination has improved significantly — Yaroslav already walks confidently, but in everyday life, he is completely dependent on his family.
Yaroslav likes musical toys, toy cars, and balls. He also adores the swimming pool and jumps on a trampoline with great pleasure. The boy reaches out to other children, wanting to communicate and play together, but peers do not always accept him into their games.
Yaroslav and his family live in Zaporizhzhia and regularly visit rehabilitation centers. It is thanks to systematic classes that he develops new skills and gradually improves the ones he already has. What might seem like a small step for someone is the result of daily work and perseverance for him. That is why it is important not to interrupt his rehabilitation.
The next rehabilitation course is scheduled for December. Its cost is 29,900 UAH (approx. 720 USD).
