We take people out of Zaporizhzhia

We take people out of Zaporizhzhia

Russian invaders have been shelling Zaporizhzhia with rockets and kamikaze drones for almost a week now. Dozens of explosions resound through the city every night, and in the morning the residents will learn from the news in which district this time the collapsed of a nine-story paneled building or a historic building in the central part of the city took place. Dozens of civilians were killed, hundreds were wounded. Debris clearance is ongoing in many places.

The situation is complicated by the fact that many migrants from Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions stayed in Zaporizhzhia. These are thousands of families, most of them with children. Some are fleeing the war for the third time: in 2014 from Donetsk, in February from Mariupol, and now from Zaporizhzhia.

When it became clear that the missiles would constantly arrive, we began to evacuate people outside the region and abroad. We instantly collected several hundred applications for departure, found two buses and are already paying for the evacuation of the first 100 people to Warsaw.

Today they sent the first bus with 50 people, including women with children and several elderly people. It cost us $3,000.

We need to hurry and take out as many people as possible. Until another rocket turned another entrance into a tragedy that claimed dozens of lives.

We need your help to evacuate as many people as possible!

Without our support, fifteen-year-old Maksym Didenko will not be able to continue his vital rehabilitation and corrective classes. Please help raise funds for the boy’s treatment and development!
