A while ago we came across a document issued by the Health Ministry of Ukraine that contains a list of medical conditions which make children available for international adoption before they reach the age of five and before expiry of one year’s registration period in the national adoption database. Children with the stated medical conditions are available for international adoption as soon as their documents are processed at The State Department of Adoption and Protection of Children's Rights (SDAPCR). The list of health disorders is as follows:
