Up-to-date news about Anya

Anya seems rather indifferent and reserved. She’s not even really enthusiastic when she speaks about her hobbies. Anya likes studying, hanging around with her friends. The girl is keen on sports but doesn’t really like disco parties. Anya speaks about it somehow apathetically.

Anya has a teenage brother. When someone starts speaking about her brother, tears flow from her eyes: he’s always on her mind. That’s why she doesn’t really care about what goes on around. Anya is grief-stricken. While Anya is staying in the orphanage, her brother is in the hospital. There’s no real reason to worry about his health, but he’ll have to take a long treatment course. The sister and brother used to be inseparable. They surely had some quarrels and even fights. They also had their parents. But now they’re orphans after their parents passed away one after the other.

We, grownups, find it complicated to overcome our life sorrows. We’re afraid of own death and death of our beloved ones. It’s difficult to say whose death scares us the most. And what should this girl do without any life experience but who already has many grown up problems? She really needs your help!

If you are interested in adopting Anya, please read the memo to the potential adoptive parents, guardians, and foster parents; you can also contact Children’s Affairs' service of the Zaporozhia State Administration by telephone (061) 239-01-56 . Request the Profile Number of Anya 0149743.

Other children who dream of finding a family

If for some reason you are currently not able to adopt (for example, you are a student and do not have a family of your own yet) you are still able to help children at a boarding school (an orphanage) with your financial support. Ways you can help include: planning and participating in excursions and trips for children; visiting a child in an orphanage; or helping purchase developmental toys, books, construction sets, and sports equipment.
