Selection is underway for adoptive parents, who will raise 8 orphans, including handicapped children, in Happy Home 5, located in Lubymivka, Mihaylovskiy district, Zaporozhye oblast. The project Happy Village for orphans and handicapped children in Zaporozhye oblast is managed by Albert Pavlov, adoptive father and president of the Happy Child Charity Fund.
