Thank you for your generosity and trust! Below is how your donation will be used. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Donation Purpose
- Non-targeted (general) donations: If no specific project or recipient is indicated, the funds will be allocated to the foundation's general activities in accordance with the Charter. This includes assisting sick children, low-income families, boarding schools, hospitals, schools, project organization, and administrative expenses necessary for the foundation's operations.
- Targeted (specific) donations: Donations designated for a particular project or individual will be used as indicated. If the funds cannot be used as intended (e.g., excess funds raised, changes in circumstances, refusal of assistance, or the recipient’s passing), the donation will be redirected to other foundation projects or purposes as outlined in our Charter. If possible, we will contact you to confirm the new purpose.
- In-kind donations: Donations of goods such as food, clothing, shoes in good condition, appliances, and other items are distributed to low-income families through our "Magic Box" project.
2. Effective Use of Funds
We are committed to using your donations effectively and transparently. All income and expenses are reported on our "Reports" page. When purchasing medicines or equipment, we seek the best possible prices. Whenever feasible, we involve volunteers who offer their help free of charge. We also collaborate with local and international organizations to reduce logistics costs and eliminate intermediaries. Additionally, we may invest in the foundation’s infrastructure if it allows us to attract more donations and provide greater assistance to children in need.
3. Cancelling Regular Donations
To stop a regular donation, please email us at info@deti.zp.ua with your details (full name, phone number, amount, and the date of your last payment).
4. No Refunds
Please note that all donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
