For this, a building is being reconstructed at 3, Engineer Preobrazhensky Avenue, which used to be a kindergarten. Later, part of the building was equipped with apartments for family-type orphanages.

The reconstruction project was divided into three stages. This year, the first stage of work was completed: the old roof, windows, doors, metal stairs and railings were removed. The installation of a new roof and drainage system was almost completely completed, the facade and basement were insulated, new doors and windows were installed.
