Help for Zakhar: Examinations and Medicines

Seven years ago, Zakhar suffered from infectious mononucleosis. Since then, he has been living with the consequences of this illness – weakened immunity and complications in the lymphatic system. The boy has been diagnosed with enlarged lymph nodes, periodically facing serious health issues, and in recent years, he has also developed epileptic seizures.

In addition, since early childhood, Zakhar’s MRI has shown enlarged blood vessels in the left temporal lobe of his brain. For this reason, he has been under the supervision of a neurologist and undergoes regular examinations of his head and neck.

Zakhar is now 17 years old. Since childhood, he has loved animals, especially his best friend – his dog Chaki. He decided to turn this passion into his future profession and become a veterinarian. That is why Zakhar entered a veterinary college, where he is now in his second year. He also continues his studies at music school, learning guitar and piano.

Due to his acquired immunodeficiency, Zakhar often gets sick. Every year he needs MRI scans of his internal organs and regular blood tests. Thanks to your support, his family occasionally receives assistance. At present, we aim to raise 8,000 UAH - approximately 195 USD. for the coming months to cover examinations and the necessary medicines for Zakhar.
