‘I always wanted a family’: Harrisburg teen thriving after growing up in Ukraine orphanage

HARRISBURG — Katy Harris spent most of her life living in a Ukraine orphanage.

In the Zaporizhzhia Regional Tuberculosis Clinic for several years there is a need for new equipment. Outdated mechanical ventilation apparatuses are still used.
