Organization of the educational process under martial law
Learning format: The gymnasium has adapted its work to modern security conditions, ensuring the educational process (in accordance with the decisions of the Defense and Security Council) with an emphasis on the safety of students and staff, and the protection of the life and health of participants in the educational process.
Support for students from temporarily occupied territories (TOT): The institution pays special attention to children and graduates from temporarily occupied territories or areas of active combat operations, advising them on the admission campaign and the exercise of their right to education under state quotas.
Preschool department: It continues to operate under current conditions, maintaining contact with families and pupils through specialized blogs and remote development tools.
Volunteer activity and patriotic education
Assistance and unity: The gymnasium community (teachers, students, and parents) is actively engaged in volunteer work aimed at supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, internally displaced persons, and city residents affected by shelling.
Memory and historical responsibility: The school environment regularly hosts events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in World War II, the Day of Remembrance of Defenders of Ukraine, and national-patriotic events (in particular, under the "Dzhura: Wisdom, Nobility, Courage" program).
Psychological support and safety: Systematic work of the psychological service has been organized, including "hotlines" and measures to prevent any forms of violence or bullying.
Inclusive education and accessibility
Development of inclusion: During the 2022–2026 period, the institution has actively developed the "Equality & Partnership" media library, ensured conditions for early intervention, and created a barrier-free environment for children with special educational needs.
Social protection: Ongoing work is being carried out to provide social protection for children from vulnerable population categories.
Transparency and openness of activities
Management reporting: Every year, the gymnasium principal, Svitlana Valeriivna Chomova, publishes comprehensive annual reports on the results of the institution's work, financial receipts, expenses, and logistical support.
Control and management: Public self-government bodies—the Parents' Council, student self-government, and the Pedagogical Council—operate actively, ensuring a democratic approach to the management of the gymnasium.
